Holt Heath

 

Meet at White Sheet Hill car Park. This can be reached via Three Legged Cross, take the turning to Mannington, at a major cross roads turn towards Broom Hill, or go to Wimborne take the road through Colehill towards Broom Hill, then go straight on towards Holt and White Sheet Hill

Studland Area.

 

Take the B3351 between Studland and Corfe Castle. There is a very small car park close to the junction with Swanage Road, close to Dean Hill.  The walk takes us past “The Agglestone” into Studland to the “Banks Arms” then down to the beach for lunch and returning via Godlingston Heath.

Win Green

 

Meet in Win Green car park. There are a couple of very steep hills, but the views make it all worth while. We will stop at the pub in Ludwell.

DEWLISH.

 

Take the A 354 from Milborne St. Andrew towards Puddletown. At the first turning on the right towards Crawthorne Farm park on grass verge.

Park at Cullpepper Dish car park

 

Take the A35 through Bere Regis turn of onto the B3390 follow this road through Affpuddle, then take the 2nd. Left, followed by parking in the second car park.

Maiden Castle

 

Drive to Dorchester then follow the signs to Maiden Castle. Park in the car park (Fee Payable). We will walk to Martinstown then back and explore the earth works.

Turners Puddle to Bere Regis

 

Park by the church at Turners Puddle. There will be no Bluebells at this time of year, but with a bit of luck we may spot a few deer.
