Tips for first time walkers

Keep a clean pair of shoes to change into on returning to your car. Where possible share cars, some walks have limited parking space. Check the location of the starting point on a map, or phone me for details so that you don’t get lost on the way to the walk. Bring two plastic bags to put over your muddy boots when we go into a pub.

From time to time a walk will be cancelled due to
ill health, holidays etc.

directions on how to reach the
starting point.

Each walk is between 4 and 10 Miles.

We will stop at a pub or cafe for a drink, about half way.
Please wear sturdy shoes or walking boots, some walks can be a

little muddy.

All walks start at 11 am prompt. (Unless otherwise shown).
Please bring your partners or friends,
The more the Merrier

Bring a picnic and water to drink on the way.
The walks are not difficult and we do not rush them;

there is plenty of time to admire the scenery and wildlife.

Binoculars and cameras are always a good idea.
